Do not put your email in the body of your ad, as spammers and scammers grab them. People can contact you via internal mail system and your email address is not disclosed unless you wish.

Please be aware that TECHSPACE prohibits the selling of pirated software, warez, OEM Software. Anyone caught selling the above will be permanently banned.
If you set a price, you will accept and honor it. Only sell/post items you own. Do not post items on behalf of others. The onus is on the buyer to ensure the item works with your hardware/software. The buyer should ensure the item for sale is compatible with their hardware. Comment and ask questions of the seller if you intend buying the goods.

If you are suspected of a scam please be aware that your post will be deleted and your account may be suspended/banned. If you are caught breaking of the rules, be aware that your post may be edited/deleted without warning.

Legal Issues

Moderators and administrators of Techspace take NO part or responsibility of any trades within this site. If you rip someone off - this is classed as fraud, this is a very serious issue and can result in legal ramifications. If you then rip someone off and mail them a product that was not the advertised item - this is classed as mail fraud.

Both are very serious offenses, which can result in severe legal matters.

We do not disclose your details to spammers, you will however get messages, from time to time, might be for site news or ad notifications.

how come it keeps telling me to read the rules before post ad, which i have already

That's a bit blank of 'bendinh'... help the guy instead of just repeating 'admin'..

Important points for 'admin' that should have been in the RULES! and on this site.

1. Make the RULES fast and quick to access, like a button at the top!.
2. The word 'Please read our rules before posting ad' needs to be in BOLD CAPITOL so we realise why the heck the form page bounced back without posting.
3. The RED outlines around the "BAD" boxes needs to be better shown.. PLUS add this wording at the top... "NOTE the fields highlighted in RED have issues. Please fix."
4. The Pictures you might have also uploaded are also GONE!!! when it has a wording error. Now you need to upload them every time before you realise what was wrong with the ad wording!
5. BIG Error in the wording section code.. You have 320characters to use.. BUT if you have typed so that only 15 or less characters are left...it will Fail!! the system needs about 20 left..
...God what a mistake. I uploaded 2 images 15 times and 25 minutes later before I realised this site bug!!

I have started an online store reselling Gear for Music, DVD, DJ's, Games and Laptops. I just want to put up a posting that these products are now available in Australia directly from the vendor but not sure if this would be considered OEM.
