My R4 card for the DS does not support .RAR roms so this means I will have to extract them. How do I do this?

You will need to down load win rar software and the latest zip software 2011 its a 15version of win zip extract to win zip and click on extract then that will give you the files your after except if your downloading movies some will want to ask for password.
