hey all been ringing this ahole up just hangs up on me found his familly in naree waren and yes he has got some crappy gamblin problem and i got refered to some financial counciler to talk to anyway i dont think ill get my money back but i did manage to track him down im of to see the police so good luck to anyone that gets there money back just learnt its beter to hand ya money over face to face when dealing with people

one thing: do not fall for his "forgive me i am a gambling addict" thing.
he used this excuse two and a half years ago when he got charged by the police. with this fukkin excuse he managed to get a soft judge, bail and intensive correction community _base_d order.
basically, he fooled everyone, including the judge and he got off.
since the court order, he has ben scamming the same tricks, on ebay and on computer trader and other computer sites.
every time he get caught out, he cried that "please forgive me i am a gambling addict".
apparently, that worked coz people let him off.

contact detective trevor from the moorabbin police station internet fraud squad. he initially charged that currymuncha grant rudlin nearly three years ago, but grant managed to get bail, and back to scamming again. then got the intensive correction oder, and back to scamming again.

i believe if you tell detective trevor how grant scammed you, detective trevor will be the best person to appeal to the court against that correction order and send the currymuncha directly to jail without collecting $200.

i am only hoping you didn't fall for his second act, the "please forgive me i am a gambling addict, my wife left me, and i am back living with mom", coz...you see, with the money he scammed from us, he paid for that two storeys house and a brand new computer shop-business.
as long as no one complains and everyone forgive him, he will continue to scam again and will never see jail time.

heres the story so far i left a sms message with the nob head sat saying you got 10 min to repply im of to police got replly saing give me your account details or money order you return so i said money order only 30 min ago just got sms saying cant get to post office till end of week give me your acc number i said no money order hes got till tomorow to get me the money back but i still want the detectives details as im sure i wont see the money back i hate these fucks that grab whats not theres if there are others out there that got scammed please let us know short of it is i am pretty sure i know where he lives in narre waren fountain gate from what i could find out JUST DONT GET CONED TO PAYING AND GETTING YA GEAR IN THE POST DO PICK UPS IN THE FUTURE

from what i read two weeks ago, he was still claiming in the SHOUT BOX that he is doing a legitimate business, promised to put more items on sale as proof of his honesty, then completely took off his ads and disappeared.
from what i heard, he conned more than 600 people.
